My life’s journey began in Parsippany, New Jersey. Later our family moved to Massachusetts, where we enjoyed canoeing on Walden Pond and summer vacations on Cape Cod. I headed to Rhode Island for college at URI and Culinary Arts training at R.I.S.D. After exciting summers working in the Big Apple (witness to the Blackout of ‚’77) I moved to Santa Barbara, CA where I enjoyed working as travel agent and pastry chef.
