Serving Ads
Advertising to multiple consumers via MobileAds provides an unparalleled way to reach active purchasers of products and services. Apptera's technology allows Serving Ads through the phone channel with targeted precision that consumers welcome and take advantage of, thus producing robust new revenue streams for your enterprise.
Apptera technology can support infinite Types of Ads to match each advertiser's specific needs. Broad ads can be used, such as an automobile company sponsoring 100,000 directory assistance calls; or very specific ads can be used, such as a dairy distributor enticing a caller to a Columbus, Ohio bakery by offering a coupon for $.50 off a gallon of milk.
Types of Ads
Front-End Sponsorship Ad
A Front-End Sponsorship Ad announces to a caller the Advertiser company sponsoring the call and provides a 5-10 second audio Ad of the advertised products and/or service.
This type of Ad is not designed to pull the caller away from the original search request, but rather to suggest a later call. In addition, it is a low cost way for the Advertiser to get the message across to callers immediately with their full attention. The Advertiser can select to play a Sponsorship Ad at the front of every call.

Back-End Sponsorship Ad
A Back-End Sponsorship Ad is designed to coincide with a Front-End Sponsorship Ad and remind the caller to take action. This ad may differ slightly and can be used to offer special promotions and additional incentives for selected advertised business.

Category Ad
When a caller asks for a specific type of business (Category), such as "Florist," up to three ads are played, advertising businesses within the Category. A Category Ad provides the Advertiser with the opportunity to convince a caller to select their business, when they do not have a specific business in mind.

Switch-Away™ Ad
When a caller requests a listing for the name of a business, similar in type to the Advertiser's, the Advertiser's Ad is played as a Switch-Away™ Ad before the number is given. A Switch-Away™ Ad is designed to encourage the caller to select the Advertiser's company instead of original intended business. The Advertiser has the unique opportunity to differentiate their business and offerings at the exact time a consumer is looking for a business within their specific Category.
